Data and portable artifacts across compatible environments.
Your IT team should be able to plan repeatable moves across applications, databases, storage and cloud environments. Switona brings data preparation, validation and technical handovers into one neutral migration layer.
Switona is designed for data portability across cloud services, platforms and your own infrastructure. SaaS is one use case alongside databases, storage, infrastructure and platform services.
Data and portable artifacts across compatible environments.
Prepare schemas, tables and relationships for a new destination.
File collections, object metadata and traceable transfers.
ERP, CRM and custom software, with their business history.
Technical scope is evaluated for each source and destination. Data transfer alone does not provision infrastructure or guarantee functional equivalence or uninterrupted workload migration.

One guided case with mandatory approvals. Each step explains what to do next.
Define the company, current system, destination and data scope. Companies or providers can initiate.
Switona checks authority. The verified contact receives an email, signs digitally, and Switona performs a final review.
Provide supported files or select a verified REST connection. Data access remains locked until company authorization.
Define fields, types, relationships and exclusions. Mapping decisions are saved for review.
Inspect the preview and error report. Resolve blocking findings before execution.
Explicitly approve the payer and exact transfer. Relevant changes require fresh approvals.
Generate an import package or deliver through a connected API. Verify the outcome and delete temporary files after the selected period.
This ERP migration illustrates one workflow: mappings, warnings and records in one place. Database, storage and infrastructure moves each need their own validation criteria.
| Data entity | Validation progress | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Customers | 12,402 / 12,402 | Validated |
| Invoices | 48,223 / 48,223 | Validated |
| Documents | 19,221 / 19,428 | Review needed |
A company name or user account is not enough. Data access and transfer require independent review, digital company confirmation and separate approvals.
Illustration. Select the actual retention period in your case. Evidence, account data and provider backups have separate rules.
HTTPS in transit. API credentials receive additional AES-256-GCM encryption before storage.
Organization- and case-scoped permissions, independent reviewers and a second factor for sensitive approvals.
Temporary migration files: immediately, 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days after completion. Evidence records are treated separately.
The database and private file storage use Supabase in Frankfurt. Server-side application processing uses Vercel’s Frankfurt region.
EU data regions alone do not establish GDPR compliance. Contracts, lawful bases and operational measures also matter. Switona does not claim its own ISO or SOC certification.
Choose where you go next. We'll help your data get there.
